20g ZenSha Matcha Protein

250ml milk of choice (split into 100ml cold + 150ml warm)
Optional:

Sweetener to taste

Cinnamon or cocoa dust on top
Method

Add 20g of ZenSha and 100ml cold milk to a shaker or cup and mix until smooth.

Heat 150ml of milk separately on the stove or in the microwave (don’t boil).

Pour the warm milk into a mug, then top with your ZenSha mix for a smooth pour-over finish.

Stir gently, add a sprinkle of cinnamon if you like — and enjoy the cozy goodness.
