Ingredients

  • 20g ZenSha Matcha Protein

  • 250ml milk of choice (split into 100ml cold + 150ml warm)

Optional:

  • Sweetener to taste

  • Cinnamon or cocoa dust on top


Method

  1. Add 20g of ZenSha and 100ml cold milk to a shaker or cup and mix until smooth.

  2. Heat 150ml of milk separately on the stove or in the microwave (don’t boil).

  3. Pour the warm milk into a mug, then top with your ZenSha mix for a smooth pour-over finish.

  4. Stir gently, add a sprinkle of cinnamon if you like — and enjoy the cozy goodness.
